Mama Don't Play Productions was formed in December 2007 by Chrisena Coleman and her young sons, Jordan and Justin. The production company specializes in educational & entertaining film and television programming for children.
The trio's first project "Say It Loud!" film screened as part of AMC Theaters' Summer Movie Camp in 2008. The film has also been featured on CNN and CSpan. The trio has also screened Say It Loud in schools and churches across the country.
Mama Don't Play is also developing TV projects for children that include: reality show, talk show, animated series, interactive sports show, holiday specials & travel show.
The production company's film division is currently finalizing its second script for indie teen film Payin' The Price (working title). Jordan, lil bro and mom plan to start production late May.
Mama Don't Play Productions has several TV and movie treatments available. MDPP would like to partner with distribution company for video release of Say It Loud and discuss additional projects.
